Half pound burger on an
oversized bun slathered with our own homemade creamy crumbly blue cheese
sauce

Just another fancy name for
a great old sandwich. Our version of Chicken Cordon Bleu - first
layer is a grilled chicken breast, second layer is Swiss cheese, third
layer is 1/2 slice of delicious ham. Oh, of course it's a warm
sandwich served on a bun. (Best with spicy mustard!)
The Settler
Not
so hot, but still a hometown favorite!
Straight from
the boneless chicken ranch, a must-try cold sandwich of chunky chicken salad
in a dill sauce, heaped atop a fresh lettuce bed - served on Texas bread
unless you request otherwise. |

Two bacon strips perched (get
it?) atop a half pound burger grilled with American cheese.
