Taco meat, cheese and fresh chopped onions cover a baked potato with sour cream on the side.

Platter of American fries cooked with mushrooms, onions and ham, smothered with shredded cheddar and sour cream on the side.  This potato takes up a lot of grill space, so it's not available weekdays from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. or on Cruise Nights.

 

Chili Cheese 'tatos  ..... 4.00

Frend fries covered with chili and cheese with sour cream on the side.

 

Wet Burrito  .....  5.50

We fill a large tortilla with taco meat and refried beans.  Then we fold it up, top it with chili, cheese, onions, lettuce and tomatoes.  Served with sour cream and salsa on the side.  (Dry burrito - means no chili on the outside and the meat, beans, cheese, lettuce, tomato and onion on the side.  Looks plain, but tastes great!)

 

Bean Rollup  .....  4.25

First take a large soft tortilla, warm it slightly and then roll it up.  I forgot - before rolling, it's filled with refried beans and cheese only.  Served with sour cream on the side.

Add lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and Chili  .....  5.50

 

Quesadilla  .....  4.00

Large grilled tortilla filled with melted cheddar cheese, diced onions & chopped tomatoes.  It's folded and served with sour cream on the side.

Our hamburger specialty sandwiches are made with a 1/2# patty of meat,

but we can make them smaller just for you!

Pretty simple - tell us how you want it and we'll

bring it out on a bun.

Grilled Texas Toast that starts with hot turkey,

bacon and American cheese and ends with all the

deluxe fixings.

 

The Stacker ... 4.25

This one's ungrilled and great - one slice each:

ham, roast beef, turkey, onion - stacked on a

hamburger bun, 1000 island house dressing on

the side.

 

Out to Sea Fish Sandwich ... 4.00

Cod deep fried to a crisp golden brown, covered

with a single slice of American cheese and lettuce

on a bun.  Tartar sauce served on the side.

 

Overcoat ... 4.75

Just another fancy name for a great old sandwich.

Our version of Chicken Cordon Bleu - first layer

is a grilled chicken breast, second layer is Swiss

cheese, third layer is delicious ham.  Oh,

of course it's a warm sandwich served on a bun.  (Served best with spicy mustard!)

 

Boatload of Ham ... 4.25

Hot atop a sub bun with American cheese and choice of toppings.  Try it cold with horse-

radish sauce and onions.  (Check out the

appetizer page - onion rings are great with ham

and cheese!)

Plenty of American cheese and grilled tomato

on Texas toast with mouth-watering bacon.  (Glutton for punishment?  We can make it with

hot pepper cheese too! Just add $.50)

 

Fowl Ball ... 4.50

Turkey and cheese (hot or cold) and plenty

of deluxe fixings:  lettuce, tomato and dressing.  Comes on a sub bun.

 

Highlander ... 4.50

Hot roast beef smothered with mushrooms, onions and cheddar cheese, resting on a sub bun.  Order your horseradish on the side.

 

Gambler ... 4.50

You got it right!  You take a gamble and let the chef choose for you.  A surprise package.

 

The Settler ... 4.50

It's hard to keep this one on-hand!  Straight from the boneless chicken ranch, chunky chicken salad in a dill sauce, heaped atop a fresh lettuce bed - served on Texas bread unless you request otherwise.

 

The "Dance" ... 4.00

What else?  A French Dip.  (Get it?)  Tender, succulent warmed roast beef on a sub bun.  Out comes the au jus so you can dunk it!

American or Swiss cheese ... add $.50

Hot Pepper ... add $.75

 

Submarine ... 4.00

Filled with ham, turkey and roast beef, Swiss & American cheeses, and made deluxe.  (Bravehearts may ask for jalapeno peppers also.)  Served cold for a day in the park - cut it and share.
